Brand Manager - Lead Generation, New Business, Retention and Reactivation

​Following a restructure in the marketing department, part of my role became more focused on my expert area.  Whilst still being brand custodian for Wilson Access Hire, I am also responsible for developing lead generation, new business, retention and reactivation across 8 of the AFI group brands.  Key responsibilities include creating and executing strategies/programs for new, retained and reactivated business, develop lead nurturing and generation, lifecycle communication and segmentation campaigns and manage the buying cycle and communication strategy for each stage.

The key objective of my role is to own and drive the branding, public relations and communications for Wilson Access Hire using the full marketing mix.  I have defined the brand strategy and implemented the marketing activities to achieve both the short and long term business goals set.  On a day to day basis I manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously across multiple channels, communicating successfully with external agencies, internally across the business and with the board of directors. 

Marketing and Business Manager

Responsible for the management of 3 direct reports. Key responsibilities included development and implementation of the digital marketing strategy including PPC, SEO, website content management and social media management.  Briefing and managing external agencies to create marketing collateral.  Creating and managing the yearly events programme, creating media packs and managing sponsorship of events. I was also responsible for the marketing database and production of monthly reports for KPIs set.
